Bad Judgment Lab provides humorous tests, simulations, games, and generated results for entertainment. Results are not professional, medical, psychological, employment, legal, safety, or diagnostic advice.

References to “science,” “research,” “diagnostics,” and “scientifically questionable” methods are jokes. They are not claims of clinical, scientific, or professional validity.

Use the site responsibly

You are responsible for how you use and share content from the site. Do not use Bad Judgment Lab to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, stalk, exploit, or deliberately target another person.

Who’s the Problem? display names must not be used for abusive impersonation or to mislead people about who is participating. Do not submit private, sensitive, or confidential information as a display name, room name, or other gameplay input.

Bad Judgment Lab may limit, remove, suspend, or disable abusive use, rooms, access, or features when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

Sharing and third-party platforms

If you independently post a result, image, link, or comment to Facebook or another social network, you remain responsible for that post. Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and moderation decisions.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous access, error-free operation, room recovery, or preservation of any result is not guaranteed. Features, content, routes, or entire experiences may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

Ownership

The site’s original design, writing, software, branding, and other content remain owned by or licensed to Bad Judgment Lab, as applicable. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material. Third-party names, icons, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, Bad Judgment Lab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site, inability to use it, loss of an anonymous room, reliance on an entertainment result, or content a user chooses to share elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
